The Concrete and/or Asphalt Foreman supervises and coordinates the activities of an assigned crew. Organizes work, oversees jobs to ensure the work is done properly, and performs and trains in all aspects of the job. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Minimum of one year of experience supervising a work crew in asphalt and/or concrete work and/or a related field is required. Requires a CDL Class A, or the ability to obtain a CDL Class A.
